Terms & Conditions – Preen x TUI GARDEN Giveaway

Eligibility
This giveaway is open to individuals aged 18 years or older. Open to New Zealand Residents only.

Entry Period
The giveaway runs from Thursday, 11th September 2025 to Sunday, 21st September 2025 at 11:59 PM NZDT. Entries submitted outside this period will not be considered.

How to Enter
Entry is via the official giveaway landing pages hosted on preen.co.nz and tuigarden.co.nz.
Entrants must provide their name and email address and agree to subscribe to both Preen and Tui Garden email lists to be eligible.
Only one entry per person will be accepted.

The Prize
The winner will receive:
- A $300 Preen gift voucher (redeemable instore or online at preen.co.nz)
- A $300 Tui Garden prize pack consisting of: Tui Mobile Vege Patch, Vegetable Mix x 2 bags, Organic Mini Sheep Pellets, Tui Vege Liquid Superfood, K&S Prong Cultivator and K&S Transplanting Trowel.
Total prize value is $600 NZD
The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other alternatives.

Winner Selection & Notification
The winner will be drawn at random on Monday 22nd September 2025.
The winner will be contacted by email within 3 business days of the draw.
If the winner does not respond within 48 hours, a new winner may be drawn.

Winner Selection & Notification
The Preen voucher will be issued digitally or as a physical voucher.
The Tui prize pack will be shipped directly to the winner’s New Zealand address.

Use of Personal Information
- By entering this giveaway, participants agree to receive marketing emails from both Preen and Tui Garden. 
- Email addresses collected will be shared between Preen and Tui Garden for promotional purposes.
- You can unsubscribe from these emails at any time using the unsubscribe link provided.

Publicity
By entering, participants agree that Preen and Tui Garden may use their first name and general location (e.g., city/town) for winner announcements on social media and email newsletters.

General Conditions
- Preen and Tui Garden reserve the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the giveaway at any time if unforeseen circumstances arise.
- This giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, or any other platform.
