This is where we say THANK YOU for shopping with us.
For every $400 spent online or in the shop we credit $20 to your loyalty account that you can use as a payment for future full priced purchases.

HOW DO I JOIN?

You can easily join in store (Preen, Miss Timaru or Todds) or online.
Firstly, have you ever shopped with us before either instore or online?

If so try 'login' using your e-mail address we have on file into 'existing customer' and use it as your password as well. You may have some loyalty points waiting for you to use - how good would that be!  When you login online, under my account (top right) you will be able to view the value of your loyalty bonus available or how far away you are from generating your next $20.

Haven't shopped with us before?
When you register online it will automatically join you to the loyalty program. You can double check this is enabled under 'My Account'

Have shopped in store but it's not recognising your email when you try and log in?
No problems, talk to us on chat (bottom right) and we will link it for you. Or give us a call 03 6869250.

HOW DO I REDEEM ONLINE?

  • Go to the checkout; follow each step and enter your details.
  • When you reach "Step 3: Payments” you will see the "Redeem Loyalties” section.
  • Enter the amount of loyalties you want to use then Click "APPLY” and you will see you discount appear in your order summary. How easy is that?
