Please note, your online parcel may be slightly delayed as couriers prioritise their deliveries.
We have updated our delivery procedures so that couriers will be required to leave customer parcels at a safe location, out of public view, and all deliveries will be contactless.
Please ensure you update your addresses to your home in our system rather than work.

NZ RETURNS DURING LOCKDOWN:
We can still accept returns during the Level 3 and 4 lockdown.
The courier will come to your house for a contactless pickup. Please request a prepaid return ticket to print and attach to your parcel and leave out for them to collect.

Your first return is free with us or $5 thereafter. 
If you do not have a printer please request a return label with your original order just in case.
