What is the sale? Up to 50% off sometimes even more. It excludes a few core styles we have all year round or very new items
When does the sale start? Online it starts on Wednesday night in Mid Jan or End of June. Make sure you are signed up to our emails to get all the details
When does the sale end? It doesn’t! But items will sell out, when they are gone they are gone! So don’t wait if you find something you love.
Is the sale just online? The sale is in our stores in Oamaru, Timaru and Ashburton
If it doesn’t fit, can I return it? Yes you can, we refund your money back to you and we will always email you once this is done. Your money may take a few days to clear due to banks. Please note if you purchase in store because you had the opportunity to try first the sale is final.
Can I exchange sale items?
Absolutely yes, give us a call or email and we will do our best to do an alternative size aside for you
Do I still earn loyalty points on sale items? Yes, you earn points on everything you purchase
When can I expect my parcel? We aim to get all orders placed before 11am out the same day.
We use overnight shipping as standard, this may differ if you are rural. But you will always get a tracking link so you can follow its journey. During our sale time please be patient it may take a day or two longer.
Can I use a gift card or store credit? Yes, you can use them on the payment page.

I wear a men’s size small, how will I know it will fit me? Check the measurements on the listing, and the size guide for that brand too.
