Return Policy

Online shopping can be tough! It doesn't always go right when ordering clothes online. We know this and try to make returns as easy as possible!
We are also here to help when deciding between sizes or if you need more information regarding a garment. Please call us direct on +64 3 6869250 or email us at info@preen.co.nz

We are more than happy to exchange or refund any full priced item purchased online, as long as it is received back with us, within 14 days of receipt however the following conditions do apply.

Please notify us by email or phone within 3 days of receipt at info@preen.co.nz that you intend to exchange/return so we know which items are coming back or give us time to arrange an exchange if possible.

Send goods back to us by a trackable method to:

We cannot accept responsibility for goods lost in return so please use a trackable method of return.
All items must be in original condition, unwashed, unworn, with original tags attached. Please include the returns form that was included with your shipment.
Once the return has been received and approved to the above conditions we will as per your instructions refund the price you paid for the garments but excluding shipping costs or exchange. We refund to the original credit card that purchased the goods. Please note we will email you once we have refunded you and it may take a couple of days for it to show on your credit card.
We will not charge you shipping costs on exchanges. 

Please note: No returns available on sunglasses, jewellery and specific giftware noted on the individual item. Please read the description.

Purchased goods on SALE online? 
We are still more than happy to refund or exchange any sale items as we know shopping online can be tough, but the time frames are a little stricter. Please notify us within 2 days of receipt your intention of exchange or return. Please courier back to us within 5 days of receipt.
